@everyone I can always tell it's September when I start reaching for my slow cooker again. Without even thinking about it, my routines start to change. But there are more intentional changes, too. This year I'm changing up the focus of my workouts to more athletic moves. Why? Because it’s effective, it helps me feel fitter, and even more important, it’s fun!
